Our Story
The name A.D. Bridge and Sons Builders was created by the owner and director Darryl Bridge when he started the company in 2012.
The company is named after Darryl's late father, Anthony Douglas Bridge, who was a builder/bricklayer in England.
When Darryl immigrated to New Zealand from the UK he worked in the building industry before starting up the company.
Anthony only found out that the company had been named after him when a business card was sent back to England.
Darryl's fiance Nicole has recently come on board as Office Manager. Darryl and Nicole run the business together whilst having a family life with Nicole's son, Louie and Darryl's older children.

Owner and Director
Darryl Bridge
Darryl is the owner and director of A.D. Bridge and Sons Builders.
He is a qualified and licensed building practitioner.
Darryl started his career in England in 1988.
Darryl works behind the scenes doing estimates, quotes and any paper work that needs doing. He can also be found on site with a tool belt on working with his team.
His many years of experience means that he keeps the job running smoothly.
Owner and Office Manager
Nicole Davey
Nicole is the owner and office manager of A.D. Bridge and Sons Builders.
Nicole works behind the scenes doing paperwork and advertising the business.
Nicole is a trained Early Childhood Education teacher and has recently left her ten year career to become part of the A.D. Bridge and Sons Team.
Nicole is currently upskilling and is studying a Certificate in small business management.
Senior Foreman
Patrick Bailey
Patrick (Pat) is a senior foreman for A.D. Bridge and Sons Builders.
He is a qualified builder with 25 years experience building houses in the Nelson/Tasman region.
He has been apart of the A.D. Bridge and Sons Team for the past 5 years.
Murray Bonnar
Murray has been apart of the A.D. Bridge and Sons team for the past two years.
He has many years of experience with pre-cast concrete.
Murray also has an excellent attention to detail.
